1. 14-Day Returns Window

We offer a 14-day returns policy for all Riveon Defense purchases. You may initiate a return within 14 calendar days from your purchase date for any reason.

2. Conditions for Return

Unopened Products: Riveon Defense must be in unopened, original condition to be eligible for return. Due to food safety and hygiene regulations for supplements, opened or partially used products cannot be accepted for return.

Original Packaging: The product must be in its original packaging with all labels and seals intact.

Proof of Purchase: You will need to provide your order reference number or receipt.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact Us

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions
We will provide you with a return address and any additional instructions.

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Pack the unopened product securely and send it to our address at your own expense (unless the return is due to our error).

Step 4: Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 business days to your original payment method.

4. Return Shipping

Your Cost: Customers are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using tracked, insured shipping to protect your package.

Our Cost: If the return is due to our error (wrong product, damaged item, or company mistake), we will cover return postage. Contact us immediately if this applies.

5. Refund Amount

Full Refund: Upon receipt and approval of your return, we will refund the full purchase price of Riveon Defense.

Original Delivery Charges: If we provided free delivery, the original product price is refunded. Non-standard shipping charges (if applicable) are not refundable.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your Riveon Defense arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping if needed.

7. Refusal of Delivery

You may refuse delivery of your Riveon Defense at the time of receipt. This counts as a return, and a refund will be processed once we receive and inspect the package. Return postage to us is your responsibility.

8. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order for free at any time before it has been dispatched. Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel. Once your order has left our facility, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it within 14 days under this returns policy.

9. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products (food safety regulation)
  • Products without original packaging or damaged seals
  • Items purchased more than 14 days ago
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

10. Refund Methods

Original Payment Method: Refunds are processed to the method you used to pay on delivery (cash refund or credit to card).

Processing Time: Once we receive your return and verify its condition, refunds are processed within 14 business days.

11. Exceptions

This returns policy does not cover:

  • Products damaged by shipping carriers (however, we can file a claim with the carrier on your behalf)
  • Loss of package after delivery to your address
  • Products not returned in original condition
